Throughout her career at Unilever and Kellanova (formerly Kellogg Company), Lauren is known for building high-performing teams and leading them to develop and advance policy solutions that expand market access, foster innovation, and support sustainable business growth. She excels at strengthening stakeholder relationships across the public and private sectors and translating evolving policy landscapes into strategic business opportunities.

Most recently, Lauren served as Vice President of Global Government Relations at Kellanova, where she led the company's global government relations strategy through a period of significant policy complexity on issues spanning nutrition, labeling, supply chain and trade. She played a key role in government strategy and stakeholder engagement through some of the most transformative times in the company’s history including the 2023 spinoff of the North America cereal business and a 2025 acquisition. 

Lauren is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of government relations professionals and has had the privilege of guiding many colleagues throughout her career. As a former President of Women in Government Relations (WGR), she led high-quality professional development programs and networking opportunities for its members. Lauren is looking forward to sharing her corporate government relations experience with students at Washington, DC-based universities.

Lauren is a proud Eagle who earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from American University and her master’s degree from George Washington University.

Outside of work, Lauren is the proud mother of two sons and lives in Silver Spring, Maryland, with her husband and labradoodle.
